Mirna S. Dahdal is a board certified chiropractic physician, physiotherapist, and nutritionist. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic as well as the university’s Nutrition Institute in 2010. Her philosophy extends farther than chiropractic spinal adjustments, she practices diversified techniques, as well as mobilization and stabilization to restore proper function in the needed regions. She believes that reconditioning through exercise and rehabilitation are essential to faster healing time as well as prevention in acute, sub-acute, and chronic conditions. Her beliefs extend into overall wellness, the benefits of exercise and conditioning, and that the fountain of youth really does exist through prevention, which is possible by continued challenges placed on the body to further the levels of improvement over time. Stress is good, when it is channeled properly, and the right amount of stress on muscles and joints only makes their function better.
Mirna is the owner of Bella Vida Wellness and is also and indoor spin instructor, and is currently training as a corrective exercise specialist (CES), and a personal trainer (CPT), both of which will be completed in the fall of 2018).
