Josh began his formal yoga practice in 2006 after meeting Dallas Page, the former professional wrestler. Dallas was the first really big guy Josh had ever seen doing yoga and he had released a home-study yoga DVD. Josh practiced the program until his interested was piqued enough to start attending yoga classes and he began to see a big increase in his flexibility. After a serious neck injury, Josh resorted to yoga as his only form of exercise and noticed that his pain subsided and his mobility returned. He is now a certified yoga instructor with a daily personal practice and a training program called Yoga Musheen, which provides yoga training to combat sports athletes (www.yogamusheen.com).
Josh will be bring his unique view on all things life. From his vegetarian lifestyle to physical conditioning, rehabilitation, and obviously yoga.
