Everything you wanted to know but couldn’t find the answers to…
First let’s clarify something. Hemp, hemp oil, hemp extract, and CBD oil, though they are similar terms they are often misrepresented. This is one of the most confusing and often misleading aspects of the CBD industry. To remove the confusion, at least with our company and our products solely, when refer to hemp extract or CBD oil, we are referring to the same product. That product is a truly high quality CBD.
Technically, Hemp Oil is made from hemp seed and hemp extract should mean the full plant, yet this is not always the case, WARNING. As we stated in the above opening statement, there is a great deal of confusion and deception when it comes to hemp terms. Instead of defining all the terms the industry and advertisers use we will clearly define ONLY the terms we use.
To ensure there is no confusion, at least with our company and our products, when we refer to hemp extract or CBD oil, we are referring to the same product. Our product is truly a high grade CBD.
,Hemp Extract or CBD: On our website only. We recognize as does the legitimate hemp industry, that the two terms generically mean the same thing in the consumer market. Which is this, CBD (Cannabidiol) is a potent, non-psychoactive cannabinoid and is typically extracted from industrial hemp plants that are naturally high in CBD and other phytochemicals. It is the most prevalent of over 80 different cannabinoids found in natural hemp. Most commonly used for its therapeutic properties.
We are a leading manufacturer of health & wellness, fitness & rehabilitation equipment. Our customers started reaching out to us as an advisor asking if we had any knowledge of the CBD market and if we had any recommendations. With that question being common, we decided to look at the industry and see if it made sense for us to add it to our line. That’s history! After taking a serious amount of time and self education we have brought what we think is the top shelf CDB product line. CDB products that align with our companies mission and quality standards.
We wouldn’t say we are different, there are some honest good quality CBD companies out there, we’re more like honest and transparent. Bring CBD in to enhance our existing product line. Our CBD product kine is grown in Oregon on a certified organic farm. Then, transported to Arizona for processing and packaging.
All oral and topical cremes hold valid CoA’s and can be easily accessed on each product page.
We wish more people understood and demanded them. It’s your right as a consumer to be informed. A CoA or Certificate of Analysis, is a document that spells out what is actually in the product and it’s potency. It is done by an independent 3rd party laboratory.
A product CoA should clearly identify the product. Some businesses prefer to list batch numbers and not the actual product or the sku number it represents. Why? We’ll let your imagination run with that one.
Here’s the link to the CoA for our 200mg. Topical Creme. You can also access this link from the product page. Below is a screen shot of our CoA notice on our product pages. Note that we make this link easy to see and easily accessible. We are fully transparent about the quality and consistency of our products.
This is a two part question. First, they don’t offer them because they don’t want you to know what they are really selling you. Understand this, just because a bottle says hemp extract, it doesn’t mean you are getting CBD. Even more so, it may say or have CBD, but it doesn’t mean it carries the actually dosage as advertised. This is the purpose of the CoA.
Secondly, hiring an independent 3rd party lab is not a cheap process and should be done with each batch produced. This fee either forces higher prices or zaps the profit from the company.
It was previously believed that CBD, in its isolated form, was more potent and concentrated than full spectrum CBD; however, in 2015, the theory was debunked by a study from the Lautenberg Center for General Tumor Immunology in Jerusalem. In the study, researchers administered full spectrum CBD and CBD isolate to two different groups of mice. When comparing the data of the two groups, the results proved that the group administered with full spectrum CBD were provided with higher levels of relief. Furthermore, the study demonstrated that full spectrum CBD continued to provide relief as the dose increased while CBD Isolate did not provide the same effect when there was an increase in dosage.
While full spectrum CBD has ultimately proven to be more effective than CBD Isolate and can be used to effectively treat a wide variety of ailments, it does not discredit the effectiveness of CBD Isolate. There are a wide variety of situations when CBD isolate would be preferred over Full Spectrum CBD. For example, you may not necessarily need the full capabilities of Full Spectrum CBD, or if you aren’t legally allowed to use THC. It is also important to note that other cannabinoids may cause negative reactions when isolated CBD wouldn’t (if the condition you are suffering from is critical, we definitely advise you speak to a medical consultant before trying out any version of CBD).
In life we have two guarantees, death and taxes, lol. All you need to do is look for the product CoA. It will tell you everything you need to know. Here’s a hint, if they don’t publish them or are buried deep, they don’t want you to read them.
Make sure that the CoA that you are reviewing is for that product also. Some have been know to generically publish CoA’s with no clear information what product they belong to. It’s deceptive, but not an illegal practice This is why the CBD products we carry that have a CoA can be found on that product page. Loudly and proudly.
Note: All our oral and topical cremes carry CoA’s
Long story short, yes. Read this carefully please. Pets are much smaller than us humans and require far less of a dosage. Because of the popularity of this question we have introduced the same top shelf product for your pet. It is just a much lower dosage. And, you are very welcome. 🙂

No! You’re much more likely to get drunk from downing a 12-pack of non-alcoholic beer (near-beer). Which isn’t possible.
Amazon is clear and quite strict with their policy regarding CBD content and will not permit true CBD/Hemp Extract products that contain actual CBD to be sold through their company. Not that this could change in the future.
When you go on Amazon or go to your local health food store and see these “Hemp” products, just know that even though they may contain some level of CBD, they likely come from the seeds of the plant, which yields basically little active cannabinoids, if at all.
What’s confusing is that real, quality CBD/Extract oils actually come from the hemp plant. Coming from the mature parts of the plant (stem, leaves, and buds), rather than the seeds and then go through strict extraction methods.
So the short answer. If you are purchasing CBD from Amazon, you’re not purchasing and ingesting what your think.
Yes! In 2018 the FDA approved CBD for the treatment of 2 conditions: Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) and Dravet syndrome (DS). – FDA Link
As the FDA slowly moves through the system, more conditions will be added.
The oral drops do not have artificial flavoring or coloring. The best way to describe the taste is that they have a natural woody taste.
